We want your digital download experience to be easy and stress-free. Below you’ll find answers to common questions and helpful tips for accessing your files.
How Do I Access My Downloads?
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- A download email containing your files or download links
You can download your files directly from that email.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
What Types of Files Will I Receive?
Depending on the product, your download may include:
- PDF files
- ZIP folders
- PNG or JPG files
- Canva template links
Product descriptions will always specify what is included.
How Do Canva Templates Work?
If your purchase includes a Canva template:
- Click the Canva link provided in your download file
- Log into your Canva account (free accounts work for most templates)
- Click “Use Template”
- Customize and edit your design
- Save or print your finished product
I Can’t Open a ZIP File
Some products may be delivered in ZIP folders to organize multiple files.
To open a ZIP file:
- On computers: double-click the file to extract it
- On phones/tablets: you may need a file extraction app
Once extracted, you’ll see all included files.
Recommended Printing Tips
For best results:
- Use high-quality paper or cardstock
- Print at 100% scale
- Use color printing when applicable
You may also use local print shops or online printing services for larger projects.
Are Downloads Instant?
Yes! Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
Can I Share or Resell My Files?
No. All digital products are for personal classroom use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Resell files
- Share downloads publicly
- Redistribute templates
- Claim designs as your own
