Processing Times
Many of our physical products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the item purchased.
Physical Products
- Processing time: 2–7 business days
- Shipping time: 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier
Please note that during holidays, back-to-school season, or sales events, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
Digital Downloads
All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email containing your download link. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping availability for additional locations may be added in the future.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. C&C Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
