Because many of our products are made to order and digital items are delivered instantly, we kindly ask that you review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Printable downloads
  • Canva templates
  • Digital planners
  • Classroom resources
  • Instant download products

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.

Physical Products

Many of our physical items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference
  • Ordering mistakes

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a short window after purchase before production begins.

Once an item enters production, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Issues

C&C Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
