Are your digital downloads instant?

Yes! All digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. You will receive an email with your download link as soon as your order is completed.

Will I receive a physical item with digital products?

No. Digital download purchases are electronic files only and will not be shipped physically.

What file types are included with digital downloads?

Most digital products include PDF files, and some may include editable Canva templates or ZIP folders depending on the product listing.

Can I edit Canva templates?

Yes! If a product includes a Canva template, you’ll receive a link that allows you to customize and edit the design directly in Canva.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our products are made to order and digital products are delivered instantly, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product. Most made-to-order items are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Do you offer custom designs?

At this time, custom requests may be limited, but feel free to contact us with your idea and we’ll see what we can do!
